These are remedies made in 'high alcohol' (ie 90% ethanol). They are used by practitoners and other pharmacies to medicate tablets and pills etc.

Q: Do you recommend remedies?

The art of selecting the "right" remedy is dependent on many factors and is ideally done in consultation with a homoeopath. It is very rare that we can suggest a remedy for a specific condition and we would advise you to contact a practitioner in your area.
In the U.K. it is best to seek a registered homoeopath, and The Society of Homeopaths ,The Alliance of Registered Homeopaths or The Homeopathic Medical Association should be able to recommend one for you.

Q: Where are you located?

Helios London homeopathic pharmacy are located in a shop in Covent Garden, London in the UK. Go to our contact page to see all of our detailed contact information, including a printable map.

Q: Where did you get the name Helios, what does it mean?

In Greek mythology, Helios was the sun god pictured as a beautiful youth, with a crown of sun rays on his head, riding through the sky in his chariot drawn by four flaming steeds.

In medicine and healing, the image of the sun has often been used to represent an inexhaustible source of light, warmth and life which we can identify with as a state of radiant health and wholeness.
